Does Peach deliver international deliveries?

Our deliveries are made through telephone estimates 11 5523-3486. Our service will make a quota of your merchandise through the Post Office website. No moment are 4 types of international delivery: SEDEX Mundi Merchandise, EMS- Express Goods, Light International, Economic Goods. To know more about international freight, please visit:

How soon will I receive my order?

How long does it take to produce orders?

For frames (frame and glass) from 5 to 7 business days. For methacrylates (acrylic) from 20 to 20 working days of production. After the end of production, the product is sent to the customer.

I made my purchase through the site and want to remove it in the gallery, how does it work?

If you choose to pick up the merchandise in one of our galleries, wait for an email from our attendants asking for information from the gallery of choice, with time and day. If no one contacts, call 11 5523-3486.

Why do I have to pay the freight?

The freight payment ensures that your orders will arrive safely at the shipping address. But look how cool, for deliveries in the Capital (São Paulo) we charge a fee of $ 80 for any region for frames up to 90×60. Frames with 150×100 the freight is totally * free.

Where are the products delivered?

The delivery of your order will be made at the address you entered at the time of purchase. It is important to pay close attention when indicating an address, because after closing the order you can not change wherever the delivery happens, okay?


I bought a photograph by the gallery and I want it delivered to my residence, how should I proceed?

Just tell the seller (at the time of purchase) the address, zip code and delivery number. Your delivery will then be scheduled and will be charged a value of $ 80.00 for deliveries in the Capital of São Paulo. For deliveries by Post, just ask the seller to help you in the freight rate, through the website of the POST. * Only for deliveries in national territory *

Can my order be late for delivery?

Whenever you make a purchase on or in the physical galleries the order is delivered within the maximum time limit.

This deadline is reported on business days every time you close an order, so it’s worth keeping an eye on, okay? The number of working days will start to run from the first business day after receipt of our email confirming your payment.


In which states / localities are deliveries made?

Deliveries are carried out throughout the national territory and with freight charges for international addresses.

Can the delivery address be different from the registration address?

Yes you can! You only have to enter the zip code of the address wherever the order is delivered during the freight calculation. Do not forget to fill in all the fields and give references so that the driver can find the place easily, okay?


How is freight calculated?

Freight is calculated based on the delivery address region and also takes into account the size of the product purchased and its weight in the package.


What happens if there is no one to receive my delivery?

Attempts are made to deliver and if none of them are available to receive the order the product will return to our distribution center. Our team will then contact you to arrange a new delivery time for the Post Office.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have not yet finalized your order, you can choose another delivery address in the shopping bag, yes. But if the request has already been completed, you can not change the data. So much attention when choosing the venue.


What time and day are the deliveries made?

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. It always happens between 8am and 6pm, by the services of the Post Office. With our outsourced delivery, the time is from 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m., once a week. But be careful: we do not deliver on holidays, see? * For national territories *

For international territories, it is considered the form of sending by the company of the Country, please check according to your city with the posting protocol.

Tax rules of delivery

Peach Photo Art, through this clarifies that currently commercializes goods, its main activity, through physical stores and the internet. Through the internet, the consumer makes the purchase with a deadline and its final destination.

It is known that many times the products purchased are in a commercial establishment (the administrative) located in São Paulo, but the delivery can be in any other State of the Federation, where it is its final recipient.

The main concern of Peach on these occasions is with its consumers, always aiming at the safe delivery of the product and, mainly, within the expected period, according to the current legislation. In fact, the concern could not be different: the Consumer Protection Code guarantees this right to the purchasers and Peach is premised on its satisfaction.

Our outsourced deliveries (with private driver) happen once a week, usually every Wednesday, in the gallery and in our clients’ residences. Along with the delivery of the merchandise, the certificates of authentication of the work plus the proof of delivery are delivered to the client, and must be signed with a date and time. Deliveries in the galleries are also done on Wednesdays once a week, so be sure to ask the seller of our galleries to leave the place and the date of delivery well informed. * Valid for national territories *

For deliveries by postal services, the online site automatically generates the value of your delivery, and counts from the approval of the payment to the delivery date. For framed pictures and photographs printed from 5 to 7 business days, for acrylic materials from 20 to 25 days. We at Peach will not be liable for damage to your purchase if you have a ladder or anything that may prevent the object from moving, so check the delivery location. For materials larger than 1.06m we make a quotation with carriers, as the Post Office take goods up to 1.05m in height.

After the delivery of the goods, if our customer wants a new delivery or modify something that is unfinished, we charge the third-party delivery fee (R $ 80.00 for capital) or freight from the Post Office. * For national territories *

Will the products of my order be delivered in one go?

Yes! Depending on the quantity of products purchased, the delivery may take longer than the stipulated term. We do this so that the customer does not overpay with deliveries. If the consumer is in a hurry of the merchandise, it will be delivered as soon as the product is available and freight will be charged in the same way regardless of the quantity of deliveries.


How do I track my delivery / order?

My delivery is delayed. How do I do?

Well, the first thing to do in this case is to confirm that your application has been approved. You may have received an email saying whether or not to approve the request.
